Crafting Digital Content for, with, and by Kids

Kids are important and critical museum users who interact with digital content in the galleries, at home, and at school. How do institutions create digital content for, with, and by kids to engage them in these varied contexts? With help from kids and adult-experts, The Met’s Digital team, creates kid-friendly digital labels, videos, blog posts, and newsletters to reach a growing audience. This lightning talk will present best practices learned while creating new content for #MetKids, The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s dedicated digital project for 7-to-12 year olds.
