Hands-on workshop to help you learn the basics regarding content strategy.
Does your content meet your users’ needs? Do you even know what and how much content is produced in your organisation? Have you ever struggled with how to get rid of useless content on your website? Do you find it difficult to activate an internal collaborative process? How can content strategy help us better serve our audiences and help us fulfil our mission?
If you would like to learn some strategy and tools used in planning, creation and governance of content which would help you find answers to those questions, then this is the workshop for you.
Examples of best practices will be showed to illustrate some points.
