Release Your Inner Research Geek! Part 2: Learning from Your Visitors

This workshop requires 30 minutes travel time each way.

Take a field trip to the Cleveland Museum of Art and put your data collection and analysis skills to the test. Using methodologies used by CMA Research and Evaluation staff to evaluate apps, interactives, and other digital technologies, participants will have a chance to experience first-hand the data collection process. Presenters will share tips and tricks for approaching visitors, conducting data collection, and gaining valuable information that turns into actionable findings. Attendees will then put theory into practice and gather their own feedback in the museum galleries. Discoveries will then be analyzed and shared. Attendees will leave ready to embark on their own evaluative adventure at their own institutions.
