Spencer Museum of Art | Artist-in-residence video series

In October and November of 2016, four artists from Japan, Korea and India were in-residence at the Spencer Museum of Art as part of the exhibition “Temporal Turn: Art & Speculation in Contemporary Asia”. These four artists, Konoike Tomoko, Park Jaeyoung, Rohini Devasher, and Sahej Rahal, were commissioned to create site-specific work for the exhibition.

Each video in this series focuses on an individual artist and their respective commission, as well as an overview from exhibition curator Kris Ercums. Featuring interviews with the artists coupled with time-lapse, video and still photography documentation, this series gives you an inside look at each artist and their creative practice.
